Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SettliA. By using the app you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use SettliA.
What SettliA is
SettliA helps groups record shared expenses and work out who owes whom. Balances and suggested settlements are estimates for your convenience; you are responsible for the actual amounts and for settling them. SettliA does not process or hold money — it only displays the payment details members choose to share.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and you are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 16 to use SettliA.
Acceptable use
Don't use SettliA for anything unlawful, don't abuse or disrupt the service, and don't upload content you don't have the right to share. Only add other people's details with their consent.
AI features
Voice, text and receipt features use automated processing and may be inaccurate. Always review what the AI produces before saving.
Plans and payments
SettliA is currently free / in beta. If we introduce paid plans (Pro), the price, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay.
Disclaimer and liability
SettliA is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts arising from the calculations or payments between members.
Termination
You can stop using SettliA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Estos términos rigen tu uso de SettliA. Al usar la app los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses SettliA.
Qué es SettliA
SettliA ayuda a los grupos a registrar gastos compartidos y calcular quién debe a quién. Los saldos y las liquidaciones sugeridas son estimaciones orientativas; tú eres responsable de los importes reales y de saldarlos. SettliA no procesa ni custodia dinero: solo muestra los datos de pago que los miembros deciden compartir.
Tu cuenta
Proporciona información veraz, mantén tu acceso seguro y eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta. Debes tener al menos 16 años para usar SettliA.
Uso aceptable
No uses SettliA para nada ilegal, no abuses ni interrumpas el servicio y no subas contenido que no tengas derecho a compartir. Añade datos de otras personas solo con su consentimiento.
Funciones de IA
Las funciones de voz, texto y tickets usan procesamiento automático y pueden contener errores. Revisa siempre lo que genera la IA antes de guardar.
Planes y pagos
SettliA es por ahora gratuita / en beta. Si introducimos planes de pago (Pro), se mostrarán el precio, el ciclo de facturación y las condiciones de cancelación antes de pagar.
Exención y responsabilidad
SettliA se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos o derivados, ni de importes resultantes de los cálculos o pagos entre miembros.
Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar SettliA y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos; revisaremos la fecha de arriba. El uso continuado implica que aceptas los cambios.
